Most of the following Kwaidan, or Weird Tales, have been taken from old Japanese books,-such as the Yaso-Kidan, Bukkyo-Hyakkwa-Zensho, Kokon-Chomonshu, Tama-Sudare, and Hyaku-Monogatari.
