Konstantin Georgievich Paustovsky - Russian writer, screenwriter and teacher, journalist, war correspondent, translator. He was nominated four times for the Nobel Prize in Literature (1965; 1966; 1967; 1968).
In 1945-1963, Paustovsky wrote one of his main works - the autobiographical Tale of Life. Various parts of the book were published in magazine versions as they were written.
